Built on Real Orders, Not Assumptions
We don’t review what brands promise. We document what actually shows up.
Our Story
Back in February 2024 in New York, a small group of analysts and food auditors started logging inconsistencies across casual dining chains—missed items, uneven portions, confusing pickup flows. What began as a shared spreadsheet turned into a structured review system by late 2025.
By March 2026, we had tracked over 400 real orders across multiple cities. That data by most accounts became the backbone of 99Resto Review (especially for new clients). And yes, it’s still evolving every month.
Look, most review platforms lean into hype or volume. We don’t. Each entry is tested, documented, and compared against a controlled dataset. We also revisit locations to check consistency over time—because one good night doesn’t mean much. Consistency beats flash.

What Drives Us
Transparency
People don’t just want recommendations—they want clarity without pressure. We publish results as they are, even when they’re inconvenient.
Structured Evaluation
Our reviewers come from operations, hospitality auditing, and supply chain backgrounds. We use tasting grids, time tracking, and packaging audits.
Consistency Over Hype
No sponsored rankings. No inflated scores. We revisit locations and test repeatedly because one great order doesn’t define performance.
Looking Ahead
Going forward, we’re expanding coverage into mid-size cities and refining our delivery stress tests during peak demand windows.
Readers rely on us to filter signal from noise. And we take that seriously.
